As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
Articles submitted are prepared by using Times New Roman font with the size of 12, and 1.5 line spacing.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Manuscript Standards
The articles should be prepared with the following standards before the submission process.
Originality Standards: This article has not been published elsewhere, nor has it been sent to a publisher for publication. Language: The articles submitted should be in the English language.
File Format: The articles should be submitted in Microsoft Word Format.
Abstract: An abstract should be prepared with a length of maximum 250 words.
Keywords: 2-5 keywords should be used.
JEL codes: 2-3 JEL codes should be used of the American Economic Association (AEA).
Font Type, Size, and Spacing: Articles submitted should be prepared by using Times New Roman font with the size of 12, and 1.5 line spacing.
Page Margins: Margin standards are applied as 5 cm from the top and the bottom, 2.5 cm from the right and left.
Headings: All levels of headings should be in 12 size and bold.
Tables and Figures: Tables and Figures should be placed in the body. They should be in 12 sizes, bold, and name with Arabic numerals (Table 1. Aaaaa Bbbb).
References: References should be in The American Psychological Association (APA) style.
