About the Journal

Turk Finance and Economics Research Journal publishes theoritical and empirical studies across all areas of finance, economics and econometrics.

The first issue is published in 2021. 

Turk Finance and Economics Research is an open accessed journal. The views expressed in the articles are under the responsibility of authors. The editors do not necessarily agree with the views expressed in the articles.  

Turk Finance and Economics Research Journal apply a two-staged review process.

The submitted articles are first reviewed by the editor. If the article is accepted by the editor, it is sent to two referees for double-blind peer review.

Review Process

Following the Editorial approval, the article is sent to two referees for double-blind peer review. 

Manuscript Standards

The articles should be prepared with the following standards before the submission process.

Originality Standards: This article has not been published elsewhere, nor has it been sent to a publisher for publication.
Language: The articles submitted should be in the English language.

File Format: The articles should be submitted in Microsoft Word Format.

Abstract: An abstract should be prepared with a length of maximum 250 words.

Keywords: 2-5 keywords should be used.

JEL codes: 2-3 JEL codes should be used of the American Economic Association (AEA).

Font Type, Size, and Spacing: Articles submitted should be prepared by using Times New Roman font with the size of 12, and 1.5 line spacing.

Page Margins: Margin standards are applied as 5 cm from the top and the bottom, 2.5 cm from the right and left.

Headings: All levels of headings should be in 12 size and bold.

Tables and Figures: Tables and Figures should be placed in the body. They should be in 12 sizes, bold, and name with Arabic numerals (Table 1. Aaaaa Bbbb).

References: References should be in The American Psychological Association (APA) style.
